The Reach Further Experience Sweepstakes

1. SPONSOR

The Reach Further Experience Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by:

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and currently employed by, or enrolled in, a dental practice or accredited dental program.

Individuals employed by dental manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, media companies, consultants, or other industry vendors are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 12:00am CST and ends on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11:59pm CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s computer shall be the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, visit win.a2zimaging.com and complete the official entry form.

Participants may earn additional bonus entries by completing optional engagement actions described on the entry page. Bonus entries are optional, capped, and subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits false or fraudulent bonus claims.

Automated entries, bots, bulk submissions, or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

By submitting an entry, participant agrees to receive marketing communications from Sponsor via email and SMS/text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Participants may opt out at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in emails or replying STOP to text messages.

5. PRIZE

Three (3) winners will each receive Sponsor-arranged travel to attend one U.S.-based conference selected from a Sponsor-determined list of eligible conferences.

The list of eligible conferences will be provided to each winner following winner notification. Conference options are subject to availability and may change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor will arrange and pay directly for:

- Round-trip commercial economy airfare originating within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States

- Standard hotel accommodations

Maximum retail value: $2,000 USD per winner. Total maximum prize pool: $6,000 USD.

Travel must both originate and conclude within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States.

If total travel costs exceed $2,000, winner is responsible for the difference.

Conference registration fees, meals, ground transportation, upgrades, incidental expenses, and any other costs not expressly stated are not included.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months of winner notification.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine travel dates, carriers, flight times, and hotel accommodations in its sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via email at the address provided at entry.

If a selected winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, city, professional role, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.

Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

- Technical failures of any kind

- Unauthorized human intervention

- Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes

- Travel delays, cancellations, or conference cancellations

If a selected conference is canceled, rescheduled, or materially altered, Sponsor may permit winner to select an alternative conference from the approved list.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
